The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude: 37.669641 Longitude: -81.4986605. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM (0.047 TON/YR), PM10 (0.046 TON/YR), VOCS (0.224 TON/YR), CO (1.960 TON/YR), NOx (33.758 TON/YR), SO2 (0.003 TON/YR), and HAPS (0.322 TON/YR). Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 30th day of September, 2015.
