The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude: 37.740055 Longitude: -81.507125. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM (0.54 TON/YR) PM10 (0.004 TON/YR) VOC (0.4.85 TON/YR) CO (32.36 TON/YR) NOx (32.33 TON/YR) SO2 (0.032 TON/YR) HAPS (2.874 TON/YR) Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of October, 2015.
