Attachment J AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that EQT Gathering, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a General Permit for the Pocahontas Natural Gas Compressor Station located on Dempsey Branch Road in Robson, Fayette County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.10262 and -81.22279. Operations began at the facility in September 2004. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants associated with the permit application: Particulate Matter (PM) = 0.06 tpy Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) = 0.004 tpy Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) = 0.25 tpy Carbon Monoxide (CO) = 2.51 tpy Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) = 44.62 tpy Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs) = 0.32 tpy Carbon Dioxide Equivalents (CO2e) = 978.55 tpy Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
