AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Federal Correctional Institution has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification to Permit R13-2170A for their Beckley facility to replace the generators. The facility is located in Beaver in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.8166 and -81.1290. The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: PM of negative 0.07 tons per year (tpy); PM10 of negative 0.06 tpy; PM2.5 of negative 0.05 tpy; SO2 of negative 2.03 tpy; NOx of negative 3.01 tpy; CO of negative 2.10 tpy; VOC of negative 0.19 tpy; and total HAPs of 0.35 tpy. The generator has been installed and is operational. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
