AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that The B.F. Goodrich Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environ-mental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for the fabricated rubber products operation located on Stringtown Road in Union, in Monroe County, West Virginia.  The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 541.607 km E and 4163.836 km N.
The applicant estimates the decreased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:  Nitrogen Oxides, 6.15 tons/year; Sulfur Dioxide, 21.99 tons/year; and Particulate Matter, 0.72 tons/year.  The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:  Carbon Monoxide, 0.94 tons/year; Volatile Organic Compounds, 0.13 tons/year; and total hazardous air pollutants, 0.04 tons/year.
Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV  25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
