Notice of Application
Notice is given that Brayman Construction Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G50-C General Permit Registration, for a concrete batch plant located off Miller Avenue near Hinton, in Summers County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.64153 and -80.88644.
The applicant estimates the facility’s potential to discharge Regulated Air Pollutants will be as follows:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the first day of November 2020.
