AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Brayman Construction Corp. has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G40-C General Permit Registration, for a nonmetallic minerals processing facility located off Miller Ave. near Bluestone Dam in Hinton, in Summers County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.64261 and -80.88226.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the first day of June 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
