AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Diversified Midstream LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G35-D General Permit Registration, for a natural gas compressor station located off Bolt Rd. near Bolt, in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.77615 and -81.44814.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Modification of operation is after the fact and a result of engine replacement. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
