Notice of Application
Notice is given that Brayman Construction Corporation has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a G50-C General Permit Registration, for a concrete batch plant located off Miller Avenue near Hinton, in Summers County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.64264 and -80.88316.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the first day of November 2020. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
