AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application

Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Modification Permit for a Natural Gas Transmission Station located on County Route 9, near Frametown, in Braxton County, West Virginia.

The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.66094, -80.86271.

The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

NOx: 0.78 tons per year
SO2: 2.26 tons per year
HCHO: 1.21 tons per year
Total HAPS: 1.30 tons per year
CH4: 10.20 tons per year
CO2: 5,585.92 tons per year
CO2e: 5,285.01 tons per year

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
