Notice is given that CONSOL Mining Company, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit, for a coal preparation plant located along WV-16/Guyandotte Ave, near Itmann, in Wyoming County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 37.567876deg. and -81.449304deg..
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
