AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Boxley Concrete Products of VA has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Construction Permit Registration, for a mobile generator and a portable pug mill mixer / loading conveyor plant located at HC 40, Box 49, Lewisburg, in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: N 37.88˚ and W 80.56˚ respectively.
The applicant estimates the potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: NOx, 13.93 tons per year, CO, 0.81 tons per year, HC, 0.09 tons per year and PM, 0.06 tons per year.
Startup of operation is planned to begin on or about the 15th day of August, 2015. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protec-tion, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
