AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE

Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class II Administrative Update for a Compressor Station located on 350 Railroad Avenue, Branchland, in Lincoln County, West Virginia.  The latitude and longitude coordinates are:  38.22465, -82.20250.

 

The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

 

CH4: 9.51 tons per year increase

CO2: 0.04 tons per year increase

CO2e: 237.82 tons per year increase

Total HAPs: 0.05 tons per year increase

VOCs: 2.93 tons per year increase

 

Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV  25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
