AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Columbia Gas Transmission, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Rule 13 Class II Administrative Update for a Natural Gas Transmission Station located at 1982 Coco Road, Elkview, in Kanawha County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 38.40177, -81.41776.
The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:
Nitrogen Oxides: 0.03 TPY
Carbon Monoxide: 0.02 TPY
Volatile Organic Compounds: <0.01 TPY Total PM: <0.01 TPY
PM10: <0.01 TPY
PM2.5: <0.01 TPY
Total Hazardous Air Pollutants: <0.01 TPY
Startup of operation is planned to begin upon permit issuance. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
