AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE Notice of Application Notice is given that Maple Coal Co., LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification for a wet wash coal preparation and loading facility located on Fayette County Route 6/1 (Armstrong Creek Road), near Powellton in Fayette County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: Latitude 38.07000; Longitude 81.33639 The applicant estimates the increased potential to discharge the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be: 1274.36 tons per year PM and 378.19 tons per year PM10. Startup of operations under this revision began between October 17, 2013 and October 9, 2014. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice.
