AIR QUALITY PERMIT NOTICE
Notice of Application
Notice is given that Cunningham Energy, LLC has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a modification permit, for a natural gas production facility located off Shelton Road near Bomont, in Clay County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are 38.42740 and -81.22660.
The applicant estimates the following emission increases of Regulated Air Pollutants:
Modification of operation is after the fact removal of a vapor recovery compressor and a result of production decline. Written comments will be received by the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, 601 57th Street, SE, Charleston, WV 25304, for at least 30 calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Written comments will also be received via email at [email protected].
