Notice is given that Itmann Mining Company, LP has applied to the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Air Quality, for a Class 2 Administrative Update for a coal preparation plant located along WV-16 / Guyandotte Ave, near Itmann, in Wyoming County, West Virginia. The latitude and longitude coordinates are: 37.56788, -81.44930.
The applicant estimates the increase potential to discharge of the following Regulated Air Pollutants will be:

Modification of operations will commence upon permit issuance.
