Greenbrier County Airport Authority will be accepting proposals for rental car concessions at the Greenbrier Valley Airport. A maximum of three concession spaces are available within the terminal environment. Interested Concessionaires may represent multiple brands (3 maximum) within the assigned space if all brands fall under the same parent corporation.
Greenbrier County Airport Authority will remodel existing concession spaces to ADA standards and will continue to provide a car washing facility within close proximity to the airport terminal. A sufficient number of free parking spaces will be available to concessionaires. Contracts will require concessionaires to meet airport minimum standards, meet a Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) and agree to assessed fee structure based on gross receipts for time and mileage.
Contract terms are expected to be 3-5 years, with a common contract and rate between all concessionaires. A mandatory pre-contract meeting will be held at noon Wednesday April 04, 2018 in the main terminal conference room. A representative for each concessionaire must be present, and conference lines will be available for additional representatives. The proposal process will be open to questions from prospective concessionaires until noon, April 16, 2018. Final proposals are due by April 30, 2018 with contracts completed by June 30, 2018.
