“Notice to Members”
The annual meeting of the members of the Carolina Improvement Association is called for and will be held, Saturday, April 4th, 2015 at 10:00 am to noon at the Carolina United Methodist Church, basement, Main and 3rd Street, in Carolina West Virginia, Marion County.

6. Election of Directors
7. Act upon business that properly comes before the meeting
Approximately 36 members in person or by proxy will constitute a quorum.
