ANNUAL PUBLIC NOTICE
The Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act requires public notice at least once annually informing the public of the means to access information about hazardous substances that are manufactured, stored and used within their community.
The Morgan County Local Emergency Planning Committee is hereby given notice that any members of the public who wish to review the Emergency Response Plan, material safety data sheets, hazardous chemical inventory forms and/or information concerning meetings, including notices, agendas and minutes may do so at the Morgan County Office of Emergency Services, 109 Fairfax Street, Berkeley Springs, WV on July 21, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information, call 304-867-3145.
