All interested persons are invited to review and request further environmental processing of an FCC application proposing the following telecommunications antenna structure located north of a portion of Leatherwood Road, east of a portion of Hwy 16, and northeast of the unincorporated community of Bickmore, in Clay County, West Virginia, 854 File #A0976785, Self-Support Communications tower, 340-ft AGL (350-ft with appurtenances) to be equipped with Medium Intensity Dual Lights (FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810)). The application may be reviewed by entering the 854 file number at this website: www.fcc.gov/asr/applications. Interested persons may raise environmental concerns by filing a “Request for Environmental Review” with the FCC within 30 days of this posting.
