All interested persons are invited to review and request further environmental processing of an FCC application proposing the following telecommunications antenna structure located north of a portion of Leatherwood Road, east of a portion of Hwy 16, and northeast of the unincorporated community of Bickmore, in Clay County, West Virginia, 854 File #A0976785, Self-Support Communications tower, 340-ft AGL (350-ft with appurtenances) to be equipped with Medium Intensity Dual Lights (FAA Style E (L-864/L-865/L-810)).
