HEARING DATE
On March 29, 2019, Appalachian Power Company and Wheeling Power Company filed a petition requesting Commission consent and approval of an economic development program (EDP) and a twelve cent monthly surcharge to be added to the electric bill of each of the Companies’ West Virginia metered accounts.
The Commission originally scheduled the evidentiary hearing in this case to begin on October 16, 2019. The evidentiary hearing has been moved at the request of the parties and will now be held on December 3, 2019, and continue through December 4, 2019, if necessary. The hearing will begin at 9:30 a.m. in the Howard M. Cunningham Hearing Room at the Commission’s offices at 201 Brooks Street, Charleston, West Virginia.
