The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 20th day of August, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., will conduct a public hearing, by video conference, on the application of Rebecca Simpson, House of Prayer, 221 S. Walker Street, Princeton, WV, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a church at 221 South Walker Street, Princeton, WV (formerly State Farm Offices) in the Commercial (C-2) Zone. (City Tax Map 19, Parcel 40). [Obtain access to the meeting by calling 304-487-5024 on the date of the meeting.]
The Zoning Code for the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Zoning Board of Appeals to operate a church in the Commercial (C-2) Zone.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
