RESIDENTS

The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 15th day of November, 2018, at 6:00 p. m., in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, 100 Courthouse Road, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of Fred R. Kinder, 177 Rosewood Drive, Princeton, WV 24739, for a SPECIAL USE PERMIT to operate a church affiliated ministry to the homeless known as “Amy’s House of Hope,” at 320 Thorn Street, in the Commercial (C-1) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 11, Parcels 295).
The Zoning Code of the City of Princeton requires a Special Use Permit from the Board of Zoning Appeals to operate a church and/or church affiliated ministry in the Commercial (C-1) Zone, in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
