ATTENTION PRINCETON
RESIDENTS
The Board of Zoning Appeals for the City of Princeton, WV, meeting in regular session on Thursday, the 16th day of January, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the New Municipal Building, 800 Bee Street, Princeton, WV, will conduct a public hearing on the application of Cammie Hall, 172 Blue-Prince Road, Bluefield, WV 24701, for a VARIANCE to operate a Child Care Center at 441 Old Bluefield Road, Princeton, WV in the Residential (R-2) Zone. (City Tax Map 22, Parcel 14).
The Zoning Code for the City of Princeton requires a Variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals to operate a Child Care Center in the Residential (R-2) Zone.
At said hearing any interested citizen may appear and be heard. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as deemed necessary by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
