ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Beckley Sanitary Board is accepting bids for the services of a State-Certified Real Estate Property Appraiser to prepare appraisal reports for 11 residential properties located in Beckley, WV.
Copies of the Statement of Work, bid requirements and submission instructions may be obtained from the Beckley Sanitary Board, 304-256-1760 at 301 South Heber St, Beckley between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4 P.M. Monday through Friday.
Bid will be received by the Beckley Sanitary Board, Raleigh County, West Virginia until 2 P.M., L.P.T, on Friday, April 3, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Bids must be submitted to the General Manager in sealed envelopes clearly marked to indicate the contents. Bids may be delivered to 301 S. Heber St, Beckley, WV 25801. Bids received after the scheduled closing time will be returned unopened to bidders.
The Beckley Sanitary Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
