This day there was presented unto the Fayette County Commission by James C. Blankenship, III, counsel for the Applicants, David R. Wood, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Charles E. Mahan, IV, deceased, Thomas B. Wood, Hank Seay and Rhonda Seay, the verified Application of the Applicants to close unused portions of certain streets in the North Fayetteville Subdivision No. 1, New Haven District, Fayette County, West Virginia.
Whereupon, the Commission considered the contents of said Application, and finding that the streets sought to be closed are located outside of any municipality in Fayette County, West Virginia, and that said Application is otherwise sufficient, it is hereby ORDERED filed and NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to West Virginia Code 7-1-3h, that a hearing on said Application shall be conducted thereon on September 14, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at the Fayette County Commission Courtroom located on the first floor of the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville, West Virginia, in Fayetteville, West Virginia.
