NOTICE OF HEARING
ON APPLICATION TO CLOSE UNNAMED AND UNUSED PORTIONS OF STREETS IN THENORTH FAYETTEVILLE SUBDIVISION NO. 1
On the 21st day of August, 2018, a verified Application to Close Unnamed and Unused Streets located in the North Fayetteville Subdivision No. 1 in the Town of Fayetteville, Fayette County, West Virginia, by David R. Wood, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Charles E. Mahan, IV, deceased, seeing to close unused portions of certain streets in the North Fayetteville Subdivision No. 1.
The Application contains the following statements in support thereof, to-wit:
— The streets sought to be closed have never been constructed or maintained by anyone.
— The streets sought to be closed are located outside of any municipality in Fayette County, West Virginia.
— The Application was verified by David R. Wood, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Charles E. Mahan, IV.
A NOTICE OF A HEARING on said Application will be presented to the Town Council for the Town of Fayetteville, West Virginia on SEPTEMBER 6, 2018 at 6:15 p.m. at the Town Hall for the Town of Fayetteville, located at 125 North Court Street, Fayetteville, West Virginia.
