Bid Advertisement – Maintenance Building Demolition The Village of Barboursville is currently accepting bids for the demolition, removal and disposal of an existing two-story maintenance building located at the Barboursville wastewater treatment lagoon beside WV DOH maintenance building at 6200 US-60 in Barboursville. Bid pricing must include disconnection of all utilities associated with the current building. All materials must be disposed of at a DEP approved landfill. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to conduct anon-site inspection of the existing structure and surrounding conditions prior to submitting a bid. Interested parties must possess a current WV Contractors license and obtain a business license from the Village of Barboursville, be in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, including workers' compensation, unemployment compensation, and state and local tax obligations, and provide proof of general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
