The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority is currently seeking bids for the supply and delivery of SDR 11, High Density Polyethylene Pipe used in the leachate line construction. The following quantities should be quoted.

Perforations are 3/8" holes, 6 inch spacing center to center,
at 120 degrees

200 Linear Feet — 6" SDR 11 HDPE Solid Pipe
2 EA — 4" SDR 11 HDPE Rubber Fernco Caps
1 EA — 4" SDR 11 HDPE 60-Degree Wye
1 EA — 4" SDR 11 HDPE 34.5-Degree Elbow
1 EA — 4" SDR 11 HDPE 11.5-Degree Elbow
6 EA — 6" SDR 11 HDPE Rubber Fernco Caps
2 EA — 6" SDR 11 HDPE Caps
4 EA — 6" SDR 11 HDPE 90-Degree Tees

Bids must include price with delivery. All 4 Inch must be delivered no later than July 1, 2026, and all 6 Inch must be delivered no later than September 1, 2026. Bids will be accepted until May 13th , 2026, at 1:00 pm and opened at 1:05 pm Tuesday, May 13th ,2026, at the RCSWA business office at 200 Fernandez Drive Beckley W.V. 25801. The Raleigh County Solid Waste Authority reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any formalities.
