The Summers County Commission is seeking proposals for the demolition of approximately 7 structures. The work scope may include removal/abatement of asbestos materials.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on April 22, 2026 at 3pm in the Auditorium of the Summers County Memorial Building. Bids will NOT be accepted from contractors who do not attend the pre-bid meeting. Bid packets can be obtained at the meeting.
Sealed bids must be received by the Summers County Commission no later than 4:00 p.m. on May 11, 2026. Bids will be opened and a vendor selected at the next regular Commission meeting following the deadline. Bids can be mailed or hand delivered.
