FOR BIDS
Sealed proposals will be received by the TOWN OF WHITE HALL, Marion County, WV at the MAYOR’S OFFICE until 4:00 p.m., local prevailing time, April 27, 2015. All sealed bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at 7:00 p.m. on April 27, 2015 for:
CYPRESS DRIVE
CULVERT
REPLACEMENT
The TOWN OF WHITE HALL reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any
informality therein. Plans and specifications are on file for inspection at the following office during normal working hours:

Copies of the Plans, Specifications, and Proposal Forms may be obtained from the TOWN OF WHITE HALL by depositing a fee of $20 per set (non-refundable) payable to George E. Pigott & Associates, Inc.
A certified check or bank draft payable to the TOWN OF WHITE HALL, Marion County, West Virginia, or a Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by TOWN OF WHITE HALL, Marion County, West Virginia, in the amount equal to five per cent (5{4ceb532c6f579389df471c6c1e832caf2346b74dc60fcbf6aabd4d29df3baf9c}) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid, to guarantee the Bidders entrance into a Contract, if given the award. No Bid Bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the Plans, Specifications, or any applicable statutes of the United States, the State of West Virginia and any/or all local ordinances.
No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the time of the opening of the Bids.
Any Contractor submitting a Bid for this Project hereby certifies, indicates, and acknowledges that he has a license and meets all the qualifications required by the statutes of the State and the subdivisions in which the work is to be performed.
IT IS ANTICPATED THAT THIS PROJECT WILL NOT BE SUBJECT TO THE LATEST STATE PREVAILING WAGE RATES.
