Sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Coordinator of the City of Fairmont, Marion County, West Virginia, at the City Manager’s Office, City Hall, until 2:30 p.m. local prevailing time, Monday, May 11, 2015. Bids will be opened and read publicly at that time.
