For the
EAST DALE
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
RENOVATIONS
Sealed bids for the proposed Addition at East Dale Elementary School , will be received by Marion County Schools (hereafter known as the Owner), attention Randall Farley,1516 Mary Lou Retton Drive, Fairmont, West Virginia, 26554 until 1:30pm L.P.T., on May 5, 2021, for furnishing labor and materials and performing all Work set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by Omni Associates
– Architects which will be available as of April 8, 2021.
The project will be bid under a Single Prime Contract and will include electrical, mechanical, plumbing and limited site work. The project consists of the following:
New addition containing (4) Pre-Kindergarten and (4) Kindergarten classrooms and new restrooms consisting of approximately 10,600 square feet.
Immediately following the scheduled closing time for receiving bids, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud assuming that the bids submitted are in accordance with the conditions of the Contract Documents.

Mandatory Pre-bid
Conference:
A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference will be held at East Dale Elementary School, 57 East Dale Rd., Fairmont, WV 26554 on April 19, 2021 at 1:30pm L.P.T.
Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of Bids will be returned unopened to the Bidders. Marion County Schools reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any informalities.
