The Marion County Commission is requesting bids for an elevator upgrade or replacement in the J. Harper Meredith Building, :200 Jackson Street, Fairmont, WV 26554. Bidders are asked to request a bid packet via email at
[email protected] and also direct all questions or comments to Kris Cinalli, County Administrator: 304-367-5425 or [email protected] .
Sealed bids will be due on Friday, October 15, 2022 by 4PM via the email address above or dropped off at the County Commission Office at 200 Jackson Street, Room 403, Fairmont, WV 26554, and then publicly opened in the Commission meeting on Wednesday, October 20, 2022 at 10AM. There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 200 Jackson Street at the first floor elevators on Tuesday, October 5 at 10AM. Each bid must be clearly marked on an envelope or e-mail subject line as “Marion County Commission J. Harper Meredith Building Elevator Project.”
