BIDS FOR PAVING PARKING/DRIVE-THRU
Tucker County Commission will receive sealed bids until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at which time all sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for excavation, drainage, paving and striping work to be done at property located behind the Tucker County Health Department. The project is for construction of a drive-thru parking area behind the Tucker County Health Department starting at Spruce Street and continuing onto Senior Lane.
A request for view is available by emailing Joe Long, Maintenance Director at [email protected]. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on Thursday, June 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Tucker County Courthouse, located at 215 First Street, Parsons, West Virginia.
Tucker County Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any information therein. All bids shall be valid for a period of thirty (30) days from the day of opening.
Each bid form shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Tucker County Commission, 211 First Street, Suite 307, Parsons, West Virginia 26287. Each sealed envelope containing a bid must be plainly marked on the outside as BID for Tucker County Paving 2021.
Any person or entity submitting a bid on this project hereby certifies, indicates and acknowledges that he/she has a valid business license, is insured and meets all the qualifications required to do business in the state of WV.
