NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
MERGER OF BRAMWELL
PUBLIC SERVICE DISTRICT
INTO BLUEWELL PUBLIC
SERVICE DISTRICT
Pursuant to the provision of W. Va. Code 16-13A-2 (1991 Replacement Vol.), the Bluewell Public Service District (Bluewell) and Bramwell Public Service District (Bramwell) have jointly petitioned the County Commission of Mercer County to merge Bramwell into Bluewell with Bluewell remaining as a public service district and then to dissolve Bramwell as a public service district:
A public hearing on the joint petition shall be held before the Mercer County Commission on July 14, 2020, at 10:00 a.m.
Any person having comments, questions or who wishes to speak in favor of or in opposition to the merger of Bramwell Public Service District into Bluewell Public Service District should appear at that place and time.
