Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Lake Haven, LLC for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission for a luxury bed & breakfast and wedding/event venue for a secondary residence for most weekends at 24428 Midland Trail East Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Open Space Conservation located in the Lewisburg district, described in Deed Book 599 on Page 261 and shown on Tax Map 6 as Parcel 34.
