Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 2, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse. This meeting will also be held virtually by Zoom and we will ask for the public to attend virtually to meet the COVID guidelines.

PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Donna Ayash for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission for a small wedding venue and events at 2788 Rich Hollow Rd., Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Forest Recreation, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 611 on Page 204 and shown on Tax Map 8 as Parcel 10.
