Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Greenbrier Medworks, LLC for a Variance from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests a lot size/setback variance at 3942 Davis Stuart Rd, Ronceverte. The subject property is zoned Commercial, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 462 on Page 296 and shown on Tax Map 9 as Parcel 88.2.
PUBLIC HEARING 2: The Board will consider the request and application of Anna Baxter for a Variance and Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests a variance for a lot size and/or setback variance along with a possible structure size variance at 270 Elizabeth Street, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Fort Spring district, described in Deed Book 412 on Page 236 and shown on Tax Map 9H as Parcels 177.
