Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 4, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Phyllis Tuckwiller for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant request the guest cabin to be added to the 15 acres which will be more than one residence on the property at 187 Stone Hill Drive, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Open Space Conservation, located in the Lewisburg district, described in Deed Book 206 on Page 652 and shown on Tax Map 7 as Parcel 6.
