Public Notice is hereby given that the Greenbrier County Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the Main Floor Courtroom of the Greenbrier County Courthouse.
PUBLIC HEARING 1: The Board will consider the request and application of Susan J. Graham for a Special Exception from the Greenbrier County Zoning Ordinance. The appellant requests permission to re-establish a commercial, agricultural equine business at 3476 Fairview Road, Lewisburg. The subject property is zoned Residential, located in the Lewisburg District, described in Deed Book 560 on Page 859 and shown on Tax Map 13 as Parcel 7.1.
