NOTICE
The Clay County Board of Education is now accepting applications for Substitute Aide. Applications may be picked up at the Board of Education Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The Board of Education will accept applications through March 18, 2022. For additional information contact Mr. Joe Paxton, Superintendent of Clay County Schools, or Mr. Eric Legg, Special Education Director at 587-4266.
Position : Substitute Aide
Qualifications: All applicants must have high school
diploma or GED. Selected applicants must successfully pass a background check, drug
testing and successfully pass Clay County
Schools Aide’s test and attend four days
autism mentor training scheduled for (TBA)
Responsibilities: Job Description for Autism Mentor Aide plus
duties assigned by the Administration
Terms of Employment: As needed
Compensation: State Basic Salary
