The Clay County Board of Education is now accepting applications for Substitute Cooks. Applications may be picked up at the Board of Education Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For more information contact Mike Mullins at 587-4266.
Position : Substitute Cook
Qualifications: All applicants must have high school
diploma or GED. Selected applicants must successfully pass the required WV School Employees Competency Test for Cooks
Responsibilities: Substitute Cooks will interpret menus,
prepare and serve meals for the food service
program. Also, maintains the highest standard
of safety and cleanliness in the kitchen
Terms of Employment: As needed
Compensation: State Basic Salary
