The Clay County Board of Education is now accepting applications for Substitute Cooks. Applications may be picked up at the Board of Education Office between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. For more information contact Kenneth Tanner at 587-4266.
Position: Substitute Cook
Qualifications: All applicants must have high school diploma or GED. Selected applicants must
successfully pass the required WV School
Employees Competency Test for Cooks.
Responsibilities: Substitute Cooks will interpret menus, prepare and serve meals for the food service
program. Also, maintain the highest standard of
safety and cleanliness.
Terms of Employment: As needed
Compensation: State Basic Salary
