NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Hendricks, a municipal corporation, will hold a final vote on a proposed ordinance. The title of said is “BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION ORDINANCE.” The principal object of said ordinance is to regulate the construction or substantial improvement of structures within the Town of Hendricks, particularly those located in an identified flood hazard area.
The final vote on adoption of said ordinance shall be held on Tuesday, January 13th, 2015, at 7:00 PM at Hendricks Town Hall, Hendricks, West Virginia. Interested parties may appear and be heard at such time with respect to said ordinance. The ordinance may be materially amended at said meeting.
If adopted, said ordinance shall immediately become effective from the time of its passage.
