Re: Sealed Bids for Top Soil
Clay County Business Development Authority will accept bids for the delivery of 750 cubic yards of top soil to be delivered to Clay County Park 2286 Upper Two Run Road, Maysel WV 25133.
Topsoil will be dumped on the current Soccer Fields.
