In execution of a certain Deed of Trust dated July 16, 2003, in the original principal amount of $42,300.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Tazewell County, Virginia, in Book 0884 at Page 0522 as Instrument No. 030003957 .
