PURSUANT TO 16.1-283 OF THE 1950 CODE OF VA AS AMENDED, TO TERMINATE THE RESIDUAL PARENTAL RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE UNKNOWN FATHER OF THE ABOVED NAMED CHILD, INCLUDING THE FATHERS RIGHT TO VISITATION, CONSENT TO ADOPT, AND RESPONSIBILITY TO SUPPORT SAID CHILD AND ALL OTHER RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES REMAINING WITH HIM.
It is ORDERED that the defendant appear at the above-named Court and protect his or her interests on or before 02/26/2020 09:00AM.
