Rider will apply by Petition to the Circuit Court of Marion County, West Virginia for the entry of an order by the changing the Petitioner’s child’s or ward’s name from Tatiyana Renee Henning to Tatiyana Renee Rider, at which time and place interested person may appear and be heard, if they so desire.
